    We had a G door pulled from inventory at the auto wrecker and concluded that the most professional way to do this was to 3D scan a factory door speaker, then modify the front to accommodate the high-end aftermarket speakers (similar to the Ferrari 458/488/F8). The front of the speaker frame extends out quite a bit towards the door panel, but not so much inside the door, so we must take this into account,
    so we don't get into a position where a speaker with a deeper design runs into any clearance issues.
    For the tweeter, we purchased a used interior door latch assembly so we can have complete access to the factory tweeter framework. From here we will design a compatible adapter fixture for the high-end tweeters.
