    My goal is to replace the door speakers for a little better sound.
    Got the speaker grilles off, but this doesn't give enough access to replace the
    round speakers. I removed the screw that you have access to once the grille is removed. I also removed the screw on the inside upper portion of the
    door panel, toward the hinge end of the door. This loosened things a little more, but still not enough. I am assuming that the door panel needs to either come off, or hinge up enough to get to the entire speaker. What do I need to do more in order to get to the speakers for replacement?

    Jeff,
    I had mine replaces with aftermarket speakers as well. I had someone else do it though. I'll see what I ca find out for you.

    I was watching unique whips on itunes and they worked on a gallardo. When they replaced the speakers they had to take the door panels off.
