Gallardo E-gear VS 6 speed

A few questions:

1) Are 6 speeds harder to sell and therefore less expensive than the egear?
2) Is there much lag in the egear shifting? I drove an 2002 360 and thought is was awful.
3) Is the egear strong enough to handle possible modifications to increase HP?
4) Have there been any known egear problems in the 2004 models?
5) Given the same exact car, what should the value difference in a 2004 6 sp VS an egear be?
