gallardo SE value question

Do you think that in 5 or 6 years a properly kept SE would be worth anything? If they are only building 250 of them, it seems like it might go for alot one day. Whats the outlook on the investment value of this car?

 

I don't think it will ever be a collector's item, but I think it might command a small premium over a standard car. After 5 years, the condition of the car is more important than its spec, IMO.

 

Damm, i really wanted an orange one and I have the oppurtunity to buy one, but cant really justify it if its not gonna be something special. I rather get a 348 AND 355

195 seems high. I dont want a modded one. I want one bone stock and I want to preserve it.

I know of ONE Pearl Yellow "SE" NEW, all stock 6 speed....the Dealer will take 198K on the car....IT is not my car........

It is the LAST NEW "SE" in the USA that I know of....

 

yellow is beautiful, but my heart belongs to the orange.

 

Then get the orange. Don't buy a car for an "investment", but rather for passion. If you like the orange (which is seems you do), then orange it is!

 

IF YOU are serious on the ORANGE SE, I will cut you a deal to make up for my comment ........kind of patch it up!!

I def wont buy the car for investment only, but was just curious. I drive every car I own like I stole it. Trust me, driving is one of my biggest passions and I would never let a car sit for investment. I was just wondering if it was an added bonus.

Can you email me with pictures of the car so we can discuss details. Although im not liking the fact is has the camera, radar and laser is ok, I have that on all my cars, which system does it use?
