Well I guess I will take to the dealer today. Here is what it is doing now. One of the scenarios will happen about 1 in 3 times I shut off the car:

When lock is pressed both windows roll down about a second later and car is not locked.
When unlock is pressed after car been sitting locked for a little while both windows roll down immediately.
Car is locked all seems fine come back to car later and both windows down and car unlocked.
Car is parked with windows up and never locked sometime later both windows go down.

I have no idea what triggers it. Tried both remotes, unhooked battery and resynced remotes still does it intermittently.

Basically can't take the car anywhere and know that it will stay locked and even worse the windows might roll down.

    Anyone seen this issue before?

I did not even know the car could do that. The only time I ever saw something like that is a car was when the top (assuming it is a convertable) function had some sort of problem, or someone installed one of those top down after market things.

    They roll completely down everytime.

I took to dealer and before my ride showed up they hooked up the computer and saw communications failures so they were going to replace one of the modules with a spare unit(Audi unit) and see if that corrects it.
