Galvani Garage/Scam?

Does anyone know the deal with GalvaniGarage.com. I have e mailed 3 times about the Boxers for sale with no response. is this for real or some type of scam? Thanks

 

the questionable part is galvani says must provide bank guarantee and info before inquiries are answered. I'm not comfortable sending bank info across the ocean without even knowing who I am dealing with, they have no phone number or adress, just an e mail. Could be entirely proper, they just don't want a lot of tire kickers, just sounds strange. I am a real buyer with funds and they wont respond to me! very frustrating.
