I can't believe there isn't a thread on this yet.

I've heard talk of this beginning of last year when some of my friends started watching this; when they explained the concept to me I thought ''sounds pretty cool''. I forgot about it though and only recently started watching it.

Holy ****balls, this is the best series I've ever watched. Brilliant acting, setting, story...fantastic.

I've just finished the 2nd to last episode of season 3. Wow. Did not see that coming!

I recommend everyone to run to the story and buy the season 1 and 2 boxset now. ****. Buy 20.

Yea, My wife has been reading the books as they come out and bought the first two seasons. I wasn't sure if I'd get into it but I watched it with her. I've got to say it's pretty damn good.

I have the blu rays and have heard season 3 is very eventful...i believe the release date is February 18th, 2014 which is too far away! :(

season one was like an intro/getting to know the characters and season 2 just started warming up!

She generally doesn't like fantasy or stuff about the middle ages.

I've started the first of the books, looking good so far.

I'd rather wait and buy the whole season than pay for premium channels I don't watch and have to sit through commercials.

I normally don't either. I sort of like LOTR but you won't see me watching all of them in a weekend, or a week. Saying that, I've had all 3 of them since about a year ago now with the intention to do just that, and haven't started the second one yet!

Game of thrones is just on a different level. Tyrion's wit is amazing, as is Bron ''There no cure for being a ****''....

The show is great. The books are better! Would you like to know who dies next? LOL just kidding. Seriously, George Martin is a wonderful story teller and manages to capture human emotion and behavior in a way so few writers do.
