It also comes with a 2 year warranty, and costco's return policy. I have read up on the physics acceleratorand have been told that since most games are not made for them they do not really do anything. Also get the 2.66 ghz, because from what i am told the architecture is the same on all the i7's so you can easily over clock it to almost 4 ghz with air cooling.
Ever think about building your own? I've heard from many people its a lot cheaper to build your own. If your computer savvy at all, it may be a bit cheaper. As for the two prebuilt ones, I'd probably go for the Dell if you can't SLI the second one. The second one (Pystar) looks a lot better in terms of processing speed, but x2 512MB is just like a dual core. x2 512MB in SLI is like a 1GB Video Card. Ask around and see if you can run the Pystar in SLI. If you can, then go for the Pystar. BTW, don't worry about buying from an unknown company - its a PC, you can get it fixed practically anywhere - by anyone.
