Looking for recommendations on garage cabinets/cabinet systems.
Pricey, but very high quality and they offer a lot of different design/layout configurations. https://www.modulinecabinets.com/
I searched online and only found Moduline, Baldhead and Lista. Someone told me about Saber Cabinets and they seem like a good value but only a few basic designs and styles. For the money its a good deal compared to the others I think Low Prices on High Quality - Heavy Duty Saber Garage Cabinets
I bought modern kitchen cabinets from IKEA. Probably 1/3 the price of "garage cabinets" For the home garage they are just fine and look just as good
About 4 years ago I went simple and easy. And recently noticed that they're using the same on Overhaulin' Ultra HD Storage Cabinet - Sam's Club (photo of my garage and the other from the Sam's Club website) . Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The Pro Series Craftsman cabinets are very nice and really solid. I've got 2 of them (Gunmetal Grey and Black) and some of the regular series Craftsman cabinets as well. Red and Black. They seem to be much heavier gauge than some of the others I looked at.
I highly recommend Baldhead Cabinets. I have used them for both my garage and warehouse. They look great, very durable and can be designed to meet your needs. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yes; just installed them; the Pro series is like a brick shthouse; 18ga metal. Very impressed w/ the quality. Ordered them thru garageappeal.com which appeared to be the best price.
When I had my garage completed a few years ago, did a lot of research and settled on Baldhead...Love the color (red), and they are sturdy. I have had no problems with them....pricey though, but worth it, IMO.
i just finished restoring this work bench form the early 1900s. it came out of the gates rubber factory here in denver, complete with parts carousel. All drawers have thumb locks, and are on ball bearing rollers, each drawer is lined with tough black plastic. 11 feet long. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I saw these guys a SEMA a few months-ago: Hercke | garage storage, home organization, storage solutions, DIY modular garage cabinets I was quite impressed and both the quality and cost ...
Has anyone had experience with the Gladiator line sold at lowes and Sears and elsewhere. They seem like good quality a very good price.
Yes, I have Gladiator in my home garage and they are good bang for the buck. Nice thing is that you have the option to hang them from the wall or place on casters. There are two grades of cabinet I believe, those that are welded vs bolt together. I went with the weld and couldn't be happier. There are good sales that pop up from time to time.
I work for a cabinetry company that specializes in commercial grade, FYC, For Your Convenience. Almost any commercial shop can build you anything you want to your exact specs. The only thing we have is the ability to create from water resistant panels so not effected by moisture. I always wanted to do a lipped counter with rubber flooring inlaid for the work bench so that you can work on the top with damage to parts etc. Look around wherever your at for a cabinets shop... That way you pick colors, exact setup, slot walls etc
I agree the moduline are very nice I have had a large set for my garage they are about 10 years old and not a flaw .. they even built a custom cabinet for a stackable washer dryer I put in my garage shop..
Kindly give my company VAULT a peek sometime. We have been a FerrariChat sponsor for over a decade now and have many satisfied clients of this forum who have furnished their spaces with our cabinetry: Re-Imagine Your Garage | Garage Cabinets and Storage | VAULT
I agree that Moduline Baldhead and Lista are high quality cabinets. I had a certain budget in mind and I went with Saber cabinets. Good quality with ball bearing drawer guides too. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I used the Gladiator Premier line for cabinets, lockers and tool storage as well as the wall panel system. I have had them for over 2 years and I am very happy with them.
