It's a sign. Being that Park City/Deer Valley is my favorite ski area, and that I have been known to have an attraction to over sized garages, I figure that I now simply must buy this lovely home. Problem is, I am currently "between sufficient liquid funds", as they say. So if it's not too much trouble, could you just round up a bunch of other FChatters who'd like to go in as a group (very wise I might add) investment. I'm certain there are enough of us here who appreciate skiing, big garages, and homes built out of giant trees to make this happen. Alternatively, I propose that Rob Lay purchase said property, and make it the official FChat Rossa Winter Retreat. Obviously, there would be room in the garage for all out cars and plenty of room in the house for us all to spread out and partake in apres ski merriment. I would even support raising the Rossa subscription fee to $65 per year if that is what it required. Let's make this happen!
