Very nice. Love the chalk drawings on the floor. I have the same fluorescent lights on the ceiling and really need to upgrade to can lights or track lights. Another project. And replace the bulb in the front of your opener. My wife says I have a thing with light bulbs.

My wife and I recently completed construction of our new home. A 20-month project that resulted in the home of our dreams. For me, it also included a garage a car enthusiast would appreciate. I use the garage for car detailing and other projects. I’m very pleased with end result! Major elements of the garage include: 4-car bays; 1 golf cart bay High ceilings (12-1/2” to 16”) Full HVAC Large workshop Porcelain tile floor (with drains for wash bay) Moduline cabinets Wash bay, with Kranzle K165 pressure washer, CR Spotless water deionizer, Mosmatic fold-out boom pole, BigBoi air dryer, Cox 30’ electric cord reels, VacuMaid Garage Pro vacuum, etc. Jenny air compressor, Prevost pipe and fittings, Cox 30’ EasyCoil Hose reels American Custom Lifts Model M1-6.5 car lift Rigidized Metals wall cladding (stainless steel in linen texture) Saylite square and linear LED light pendants. Tons of ambient light via glass panel doors, windows and skylights in workshop Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

The pressure washer pump. A Kranzle K165. A German made pump that’s very well engineered. 2,000 PSI at 2.8 GPM (gallons per minute). Water inlet at wall brings water into the pump, it’s pressurized and then fed up to the Mosmatic boom pole. Matt Moreman, owner of Obsessed Garage, consulted on a lot of the equipment In the garage. JBlack002 - absolutely stunning what you've done there ! Congratulations on making a dream become a reality. I'm pretty sure you could charge admission and give tours of that beauty. Feel free to post more photos !
this might be my favorite garage on here. the wash bay is incredible and the equipment: Wash bay, with Kranzle K165 pressure washer, CR Spotless water deionizer, Mosmatic fold-out boom pole, BigBoi air dryer, Cox 30’ electric cord reels, VacuMaid Garage Pro vacuum, etc. insane!!!! now fill up the rest of the bays with more ferraris!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wash bay, lifts and full HVAC icing on the cake. I see the connection between the dirt bike and Moduline cabinets.
Wow - very cool!! You literally have your own self serve car wash in your garage. I own a few of those businesses and you have much better equipment than I do! Having the high pressure rinse, spot free water, and air dryers really makes washing a car a breeze. Great setup!
The wash bay was the central theme of the garage. I wanted a place where I could wash, detail and polish my cars without regard to the weather. I was fortunate to come across a guy named Matt Moreman. He’s a garage and car enthusiast who has a lot of experience searching out the very best in products and equipment. Check out his website and YouTube channel under the name “Obsessed Garage”. The equipment in my garage is commercial-grade and somewhat hard to find since the manufacturers don’t market to the consumer. e.g., The pressure washer (Kranzle) is German-made. The boom pole (Mosmatic) is Swiss-made. The compressed air tubing and fittings (Prevost) are from a French company. All very high quality. Matt introduced me to this and watching him install the equipment in his garage gave me the ideas and courage to do it in mine. I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Had to wait 2-1/2 years from the initial design to end result, but it was well worth the wait.
