    Looks awesome.

If you like having a marker for parking, I highly recommend one of these laser guides. I used to use it to fit my truck in the garage because it only fit by about 2" and didn't have any parking sensors.

Also, where did you get those black mats and do you like them?

I ordered the black garage floor mats from https://www.garageflooringinc.com/garage/nitro-rolls.html. The size is 7.5 feet wide by 17 feet long - commercial grade. I tried to get red, but that color does not come in the commercial grade 7.5 x 17 size. I like the mats - very heavy and durable. The mats do a great job of protecting the epoxy floor finish. Garageflooringinc.com always has a "sale" and the mats are delivered very quickly. Attached are two close up photos. I believe that I payed in the range of $243 per mat with free shipping and the "sale" price 28% discount.

Been working long hours on weekends, Have done all the electrical in the garage (outlets, spotlights etc)

Electrical looks like a mess but its honestly not:) All is labelled and wired correctly and the electrician will do the final install.

I'm not a licensed electrician but have done all wiring at home for 10+ years and just have it checked from a licensed electrician before I close it.

Ceiling in the garage is also done. Will have some help from a "real painter" doing the final touch to have it all straight and nice

Next step is to get isolation done. Winter and snow is closing in so need go get garagedoor mounted also.

Can't do that much more in the garage at the moment
Continued outside the office, above the carport, as I'm waiting for the isolation guy to spray the walls. Almost completed all material to mount the exterior panels. Smaller windows (60×120cm) arrived earlier this week so they will go in.

End of next week I will spend at work, welding the structure for the balcony. Will look like it floats without any bars underneath. Gona stick it in, under the floor in the office and bolt the stealbeams together with floorbeams. Nice and solid.

Stair up to the door, i probably weld brackets and make the rest in wood. Not sure yet.

Thanks. There isn’t a straight wall anywhere in the original house. Certainly not for the faint of heart, especially with all of the supply chain challenges, but it I s exceeding our expectations so far.
