Too far from the city for my taste, but somebody here must need this garage.

Nice find. The house is a little too big for my taste, and the garage is a bit too small!

Sad to see a garage like that go to waste with an owner that doesn't know how to use it. 2 Lexus'. Sheesh.

Judging from the walkway on piers, that garage might be prone to flooding.

I drove by this house today. I am sure it is nice on the inside. I bet the house was built on columns because of the flood line. Buffalobayou is very near. It felt just like the beach home in Galveston, sitting on top of columns.
The garage ceiling has to be at least 15 feet, so it would be perfect for a couple of lifts.
The garage entrance is down a steep slope. I would be worried everytime one of those heavy down pours happens in Houston. Can you imagine? several nice cars down there, and the waters coming up....and you r out of town or something......
