Whart, simply stunning. As a woodworker, I love to see someone spend the time to do doors like that. Do they open automatically or must you open each one by hand? Great job.
Been working on my new garage/shop for almost a year and a half and it is almost done. Still in the process of moving stuff in, sorting it out, and putting it away. I posted photos of the construction and exterior many months ago, but suspect that those images are not here any longer since the server crash. If anyone asks, or cares, I'll be happy to repost them. I'm so jealous Mainly because I will never be able to afford a house in Switzerland that would be able to have space for even just half a dozen cars in a garage... Housing is becoming so expensive here, and there's just no space for multi car garages *cry* Thanks for sharing the pics, amazing places you've got there people, I'll try to dream up one of my own one day
There's more than one garage on the property. The one in the pics is the newest. The E-type is out being serviced.
Just getting started on mine...I have 2 garages attached to my home, one is a 4 car (2 deep and 2 across) and the one where the F-car lives is a 2 car with a side wing for my H-Bike. They total 1,200 sq. feet (which was bigger than my first house!) Here are the first photos...I had the dubious task of moving everything including the f-car into the wife's garage, while the race deck and cabinets are completed. (Just cleaning and moving everything out of the garage was a task.) More pict's to come as the project develops. This post has inspired me, and given me some reallly good ideas. Because my home has a lot of earth tones I did a little varience on the race deck colors (Tan/Black/White). The home is an Italian Villa design so this should compliment the architecture. With any luck the floor (phase one) will be done on Monday! ...then on to the cabinets, posters, and tools and equipment. Race Deck seems to be a great product! If this works out-her garage will be next. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
You havent pulled over any silver GTI's recently have you ? Just kidding... I see the Camaro's quite often on 95 and have seen work vans as undercovers as well. My girlfriend said she would never pull over for anything other then a squad car, especially a "rape" van. Do these guys ever see any problem with people not pulling over? Or are they more stake-out type? BTW to keep it on topic. An old pic of a friends garage. The E36 has now become a 540ia and the range has since been updated. and also an in progress picture of our garage in annapolis. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Here is "phase II". These are still to be considered the "before" photos as I have to put EVERYTHING BACK including the F-car, and H-bike! And then there is the job of hanging the new cabinets. Does it ever end????? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
