Perhaps you should consider the value of your own contribution and leave your provocations to AE. Aircon regularly posts pics, content, critique and opinion of both his own and other cars under discussion. You however have a much weaker recent record. If I was forced to choose between you two tonight your neck is closer to the chopping block than his. There's far more important things in life than this trivial chip on the shoulder garbage.

Agreed. Thats 3 of us. If you are going to ban someone that easily it needs to go both ways. There are a couple of **** stirrers on this site yet only one ever seems to end up getting banned. He took his warning and asked what seemed to be some valid questions and gets banned for it. But he's let me drive his cars so obviously I just agree with him because of that. Biased? If so, I'm not the only one it seems.

Maybe so....but 3 people (plus someone who has PM'd me about this issue) all seem to disagree. Gotta hold some weight you would think. But this place is run the way it is, won't change. Still has the occasional thread with good info or photos so not all is lost.
no no NO it doesn't matter what you think...or what the 3 others think....it's a rule and has been applied and adhered to consistently with banning on here. you're implying there's bias or this is an isolated incident. there isn't and it's not. scud's been crying about favouritism for so long, it looks like he's finally convinced you. you show me one time he's been banned without breaking a rule. multiple accounts. privacy. name calling. personal abuse. all sort of accusations. seriously, he's done it all. ANYONE who's done those things have been banned. i know you love him, but let it go. if you want to lecture anyone, lecture him. i don't necessarily agree with all the rules, but, like with Ash's site, the owner makes the rules, and either we like 'em or nick off.
So which rule did he break this time? He got a warning for the name calling and was then banned when he asked a few legitimate questions. I'm not the only one confused obviously. Scud has said some stupid things (as have you and others) and I don't love him (ok, maybe a little) and I haven't said much on the issues of late as it all seemed fair. But in this case it is quite obviously not.

Campaigning to have other members banned isn't playing friendly. They're not valid questions because they've been covered many times in the past. Scud has been demanding I ban his enemies in PMs to me from day one and tonight announced his intention to pressure me with PMs until I did something about it. I just gave him a night off to reconsider that choice as a warning he might not like the result. I don't really care if you drive his cars. You obviously don't agree with him because like everybody else but him you don't have a list of guys you want banned as a way to win your fights with them. It does go both ways. The other members have responded to requests from moderators when asked. So no bans needed.
