Gas leak -- help!

    Looks like the return hose from the accumulator is missing. Should not there be a hose from the point where the dip is (nipple) back to the fuel tank? I.E. part #30, return hose?

    No, the return hose (item 29, not 30) is only used on the US version; the OP has a euro version.

    I have developed a fuel leak
    I noticed a small puddle of gas in front of my passenger rear wheel.
    The carbs were redone recently
    I noticed the last time I drove the car(three months ago) would not hold idle and pops and backfires. In addition, it has no power before 3500 Rpms.
    Instead of starting a new threw, I thought I would piggy back on this one.
    I am not mechanically inclined.
    To me, something seems to have disconnected after one of my last drives
    Ideas?
