The above BAT auctions actually are exactly what I'd expect... that $87k car.. ugly blue. I'm glad the buyer likes it but the blue body and blue dash! Bleh! Exactly what I'd expect. The others.. resale red and a stunning grigio.. yeah I'd pay for that.
It also had some blatant issues that a non-DIY'er would be paying a pretty penny to get fixed. I bought my Grigio gated 360 for $65k in 2016 with similar miles so even looking at it that way, that's still a stronger showing that it used to be. I would never sell mine if it couldn't fetch 6 digits though.
Dude it's so sweet that no matter what.. the car had made money even after maintenance costs... I got mine for a SONG in 2010.

The uneven front bumper gap with so many new suspension parts and no VIN listed seems suspicious. Good deal if it's legit though imo.
i agree with you. If clean car fax and no issues it;s a smoking deal. I had a deposit with THIS dealer a few years ago on a different 360 and i got cold feet. I am 10 mins from this dealer if anyone wants me to go inspect it.
Thought it might be a Euro model, but it has an "A" VIN... https://autosportofpalmbeach.com/inventory/30254/view/60603/Wellington-FL/2003-Ferrari%20-360%20coupe%20manual
Seems like a steal for a gated car with sunroof... extremely rare. just in case anyone is interested. Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my SM-S906U1 using FerrariChat.com mobile app
What’s the general consensus regarding the premium paid for a low mileage example? I’m talking 6 speed spiders (i know this is a coupe thread) like 55-65k miles. I know that the difference between a car that was serviced religiously is vastly different than one that was neglected. If you want a car to drive, a higher mileage one that’s been well serviced seems like a good idea, right?
I meant to ask about the premium of low mileage cars vs high mileage (55-65k) cars. I’ll edit the post to clarify.
that was perfectly timed buy at the top of the market, sell at the the bottom-ish of the market, feel bad for that person.
No reason to feel bad - if you’re buying 160k toys you are either blessed or indifferent. If you are neither, then you’re just dumb.
That was an expensive 4000 miles…. Interesting they are toting all the service it had in 2020, none of that really matters anymore. Maybe that played into the terrible result.
Yeah that’s true still hate to see somebody get creamed like that. Best way to not lose money is to never sell! Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
122k didn’t seem outrageous to me. I’m sure it was a lot less than the seller was hoping for, but looking at recent sales it went for what you’d have guessed. I think many sellers, particularly on eBay, are pricing cars like it’s 2022. I was looking at 2 much higher mileage (64 and 55k) 6 speed spiders. Both asking 110. Neither has sold in over a month.
