New listing at FoW in VA: https://www.ferrariofwashington.com/used-Washington+DC-2003-Ferrari-360+Modena-Base-ZFFYU51A830130657 2003 with over 11k miles, silver / black, asking essentially $115k. No pics yet on FoW's site, but it appears to be the same car that Competizione in Gaithersburg had on consignment at a higher price based on the VIN. 2003 360 Modena 6 Speed | Competizione & Sports Cars
2001 Ferrari 360 6-SPEED MANUAL | eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/2005-Ferrari-430-Coupe-6-Speed-Manual-/152610551009?hash=item23884c34e1:g:T2sAAOSw8GtZWsHz Should be interesting
Both very interesting to watch. I predict closing prices to be 115k for 360 and 175k for 430. Let's see.
No real buyers around for these two cars now, just tire kickers. Didn't look closely at the histories either, so perhaps there might be reasons too. The 430 being first of the model year made ppl shy away? No reserve auction would have been more interesting for bidders.
Matt: see my post on this under 1999 Modena 360 modena dash air bag panel. This is the car I flew to PA yesterday and looked at.
I see what you mean now...it looks like they might have "fixed" a shrinking airbag panel by using a cheaper material.
I am slipping I know. but still collecting VINs when I see them. Here is the latest data I had from the cars for the second quarter. Not updating the big chart right now so this will have to do. If anyone has links to new cars ads that I missed please post them up in here. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Here's one in Canada with sport seats. Remove the stripe and change the wheels. That's $CAD too so pretty cheap. Saw this 2000 Ferrari 360 MODENA on autoTRADER.ca's iPhone app http://m.autotrader.ca/a/19_10282332
FYI your number 12 silver/gray car in GA sold for $70k. It had a lot of issues, including a bad transmission that needs a rebuild.
Here is one I saw today https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/detail/710006464/overview/?aff=alerts&emc=alerts
Oh man I am loosing it! I should not have included July in that last set a few posts ago. Sorry gang. Image Unavailable, Please Login
FYI, I pulled a car fax on this when I was looking earlier this spring, it has a $53,000 insurance claim on it so is probably affecting the price downward a bit... anyone interested would do the same due diligence
Just FYI, I did stop by Motorcars of GA yesterday, the car was still there, but Blake did say that there is a California guy that is most likely going to take it.
I recently purchased the '99 Nero over tan with 4,700 miles from Marshall Goldman. I'm not sure what the etiquette is here on posting the price paid, but if people are very curious, I'm willing to share.
I think many of us are curious about the price. As far as etiquette goes, might be a bit much to ask someone to post but if someone is willing to share I don't see an issue.
Finale sale price on my '99 Nero over tan with 4,700 miles was $109,500. I certainly don't feel like I stole the car, but also felt the price was reasonable given miles and condition. It's totally original (including paint) except for Tubi, and is exceedingly well documented back to new, with 2 previous owners. It had its last major service in November 2016, and it came back as virtually flawless on PPI. I welcome others' thoughts. And don't worry, if you think I got hosed, I have a thick skin and can take it.
Sounds like a great car you will have a lot of fun with, and not a bad price, that is and will continue to be a desirable car.
