No. But the F1 light will be blinking, with the car at a stoplight not refusing to get into gear because the brake switch went, while the hoi polloi in their Kias and used Hondas laugh as they drive by. They'll be worth something to those who will be willing to put up with an F1 transmission.

Good to know we are in the same ballpark. We have the identical car hitting the market. Not sure what the demand would be for a Canadian car in the US but these things just aren't that common anymore.

yeah something was amiss with that one. not sure what. no daytona's? not sure....the 430 going for 370K ish was a wowza moment. every car has a story, so maybe there was something small holding this one back, as it did pretty well...just not as well as i would have thought...

That car sold for $147k net of fees. Seems pretty much in your $150k ballpark...

I agree, I think it was well bought and well sold. These were not like modern era Ferraris where you would see them spec down to the most ridiculous detail either.

Daytona seats look nice but would not deter me from a quality example that didn't have them. Shields are nice, especially on a red/black/dark blue car. But otherwise, grills, wheels etc could all be addressed to any individual taste.

I am taller and actually prefer the feel of the standard seats vs Daytonas. I also think the deviated Daytona inserts have aged poorly. Both just my opinion.

The standard and Daytona insert seats are identical in dimension.

The best seats for tall drivers are the sport seats, but unfortunately those are exceedingly rare. At 6'3", I have to slouch and sit with my head offset if wearing a hat or helmet.

150k seems low based on some of the asking prices I've seen online.

Well at a towering 5'8 height will never be my deciding factor :) but I do appreciate them all. When you refer to the 'Sport' seat, do you mean the race bucket style seat?

I had no idea. Daytonas always feel like they sat “higher” to me.

Asking prices don't mean much, many dreamers + greedy private sellers & Dealers out there think they can just throw out any number and sell a car...the cars end up sitting unsold for months...Final sold prices are what matter.

I'm curious what people in this thread think of aftermarket gated conversions? I've run the numbers and while it's no long "as from factory", it seems the downside financially might be 10k at worst? Are the converted cars looked at as pariahs? I'm considering doing this to my own 360 but not if I'm going to have a nightmare if I ever decide to sell it...

The converted 430’s seem to trade very close to factory gated prices. I’m sure the 360’s will be similar. I saw EAG recently sold a converted white/red low-mile Modena coupe for 165k…

Factory converted 430s trade in between f1 and factory stick price. Factory stick 430s are 280 to 350 now
