Gated manual 599 at auction last week

Forgive me if this has been posted elsewhere, but a gated 599 sold at the Retromobile Artcurial auction in Paris last week for €281,000. The car has 31k km and is Swiss registered, meaning the buyer will have to pay the applicable rate of VAT/sales tax in which ever country they are importing it to on top of this price.

Still, it seems a very good buy for a good gated 599, and certainly off the highs of a couple of years ago. I would have been tempted to bid myself.
