Gates Green Stripe .vs. NAPA Gold Stripe

    The NAPA guys are telling me that their Gold Stripe hose is the same as Gates Green stripe. It certainly looks the same (except, obviously, the stripe!). I couldn't seem to find any definitive info on the web.

    The fuel grade hose NAPA sold me for the filler neck splice on my 308 was made by Goodyear. You may find info on their site regarding the gold stripe hose. Possibly a rep could help with the info.
