I have used them on many cars including vintage Ferrari's always do a good job. Not cheap and they take a long time.

Used these guys for decades. IMHO, better than Palo Alto,
usually less expensive depending on what gauges need and quicker.

Palo Alto speedo is the only place I would use. They are the best. Hartmut will do whatever it takes to make you happy. They have all of the parts and do an excellent job. I say this after sending many gauges to him. Highly recommended. I've tried everyone else and he is the only one I trust.

Both Palo Alto Speedometer and MoMa do excellent work. I have used both and have been
    very pleased with their services.

MoMa literally made a missing gauge for a 166 Barchetta out of next to nothing, and it was so good that no-one ever knew that it was not original. They would take a little longer than Palo Alto Speedometer, but the results were spectacular. The owner of MoMa, Margret died a few years ago and I think that one of her employees (Jose?) took over the business. He is very knowledgeable regarding all type of vintage gauges, just look at the photos on their website.

Hartmut at Palo Alto Speedometer is a gauge wizard/guru. His work is also exceptional.

I don't think that you can go wrong with either shop.

    Here are my gauges currently:

I had the fuel sending unit already done last yr as i had the fuel sending unit repaired and they synchronized the gauge to the unit and restored it as well.

I also had an Ellena Clock made for me - thru Patrick Ottis (thanks to his help) - Franco in Italy made an exact duplicate of the clock that i had missing.

The rest of the gauges will need to be redone.......will report back on my experience

I had this little stand made to mount the gauges and hook up all the wiring outside of the car. When i got the car all the harness was disconnected including the fuse box and NOT labeled...I was able to get everything reconnected and now I'm ready to have a new harness made. Very long process for figuring out what went where.....now i know every color, connection point and can do it in my sleep!!

A little off topic, but does anyone know when Ferrari started caring about the non-Italian speaking customers? I am referring to the English gauges. My '59 has English gauges, now I see a yet earlier car with them. Thanks in advance.

Good question John, assume your referring to my gauges that i posted?

These are the same gauges that are used in the TDF cars as well.

Ill have to look to see if the BOANO gauges were in English and Italian as well. That would push the date back to 56 if they were.
