Would anyone be interested in a Ferrari Dyno Day, then open to all other exotic/Muscle cars you may have? Just a thought.
Let's drum up some interest and I will try to make it happen. Preferably when the weather tops out in the mid 70's.
Hopefully at the dealership. BWF I need more interest before I run it by the brass. Figure a lunch/carwash/dyno session.
I've just completed an exhaustive search of the premises...cannot seem to locate our DYNO. Dan, is this something ELSE you've kept me in the dark on?
LOL Nathan, you are the last one to know about "the room"? Giuseppe had an active imagination designing the dealership.
Well Nate.....I could tell you....but then....you'd know. Rolling (low to the ground) dyno. There's a couple people around NT that have'm. I do not like the ones that are 5' off the ground. I had my car on one a while back and it was done well. This is me....tossing an idea around. Dark....I enlighten you on a daily basis.
I'm in for this! I did one at a shop where they didn't secure the rear of my car very well....if at all, and it moved foward about 5 inches during a pull. Count that shop out.
Would this be a Boardwalk event ? If not I understand Autowave in the Park cities has all wheel drive ground level dynos and did a Porsche event recently. I'm pondering super/turbocharging the NSX and would like a pre-modified base line.
hmmm...yes, that is you...the tosser....OF IDEAS You are quite the light, indeed. Thanks for daily doses of BRIGHT LIGHT....blinding in fact! Safe4Now has dualling dynos, if I am not mistaken.....we could "race"
Autoscope Park Cities , not "Autowave"... LOL 3 runs $75 per car if done as part of a "Dyno Day".. 4 cars or more. Mustang Dyno's , AWD, surface level.
very nice facility...only place I'd take my German and British stuff--service second to none! On par with Norwoods in service and just good conversation...atta boy, Steve!
Steve Kan with KanTuning in Fort Worth has an AWD dyno, but it's an aboveground. Steve is a good guy, especially with RX-7's. They're willing to do $45 per car for 3 pulls or 2 pulls with a 1/4 mile run. Minimum is 10 cars and parking can hold about 60+ cars. I'm just throwing the option out.
