    How about going right in the middle and look at some of the O.C. companies that could handle the job: GMG, GIAC, maybe EVOSport, etc. Plenty of options in the OC.

    On occasion I see Gemaballa items for sale on eBay from a company located in Malibu. They might know of a tuner.

    yes, found them. they use a place in santa monica.
