    I'll wager a six-pack of your choice =D

I am rooting for the underdog and betting Alonso takes it home this year! Any takers?

I'll take that bet. I say Vettel. How do you ship beer though?

Didn't think that far in because I don't intend on losing lol, but I will make it happen when we cross that bridge!

I really hope Alonso wins the WDC. I'm rooting for Kimi or Checo for a win at this race, Nando in the points, and DNF's for Vettel for these last two races.

After losing my last beer bet to Andreas, my wife has advised me not to make any more bets because:

"You're just not any good at it."

I guess a guy has to know his limitations in life - correctly predicting sports appears to be mine. :)

    All the best,
    Andrew.

Bernie will make sure it goes down to the wire but Vettel will unfortunately take it. Anything else and Bernie has meddled too much, unless Ferrari bolt on a serious performance improvement and we get some real competitive racing between the two.

Odds are in Vettel's favor, no doubt. But you never know. All I want is the championship to be decided on the track, not with stewards' BS or bad luck with the opponent. We'll see about that :D.

I hope for Vettel to win it (since he's not ******). Kimi to win another race hopefully.

The look on Alonso's face at Abu Dhabi podium said it all; he's a morbid prick.

I refuse to make any more bets. It's not fair to the drivers. Look what happened to Schumacher after I bet on him the last three years...

    Ah yes, well thank you.
    ;)

As for the current wager: I'm already in a bet with my money on Vettel. Hoping to loose that bet, but it seems unlikely.

Anytime you're looking to wager, let me know. If I remember right, you're in Chicago right? That's more than close enough to pay off bets easily. :)

    Vettle to be World Champion.

Alonso if the series is fixed! My wife says that Bernie will keep Ferrari as WDC ever 4-5 years to keep the interest alive... 10 years ago I would have said you're crazy.. but today I'm not too sure.

I suppose we'll find out soon: If strange things happen to Vettel in the next two races as they happened back in 2007 to Hamilton, then we'll know that the fix is in. Again.

I'm surprised none of the seb {fans} are jumping on this like they jump on me when I pass criticism of vettel.

If I was betting my hard earned cash, I have to say Vettel (or Vettel and Newey, that is).

    But my heart says Alonso!

Brazil should be better suited for Ferrari than COTA. But 30+ seconds behind Vettel wasn't funny. Alonso needs to finish AHEAD of Vettel if he has any hopes to win the championship. And other than via DNF or some Bernie crap, Ferrari will have to pull some improvements out of its hat. Just like today, hope it unfolds on the racetrack, not by DNFing. Looking forward to next weekend.

I hope to god its Alonso, but the least he can do at this point is finish 3rd with Vettel finishing no higher than 10th. That is a tough situation. I hope it rains in Brasil and perhaps Alonso might be able to pull it off, but it is a long shot. I have said it before, but Grosjean taking him out in that race was painful, people can whine and speak about the Alternator in Vettel's car, but that is a Mechanical Failure, not somebody taking him out.
