    Just a note to all those in the DFW area Ferrari community that knew him as a previously active member in our group...from Italian Fest shows, Cars & Coffee, F1 watching parties, and past years Christmas Toy Runs, either driving his red 308 GTSi, white Lamborghini Countach, or brown 348.

    George Gaal, passed away suddenly this past Sunday...only one day after his 47th birthday.

    I don't know details at this time, but I wanted to post to inform those who knew and remember George.

    He is survived by his wife, Anita Nagy-Gaal, and children.

    He was quite the charachter. Hadn't seen him since he sold the Lambo.

    Bummer. He was a fun guy. If I remember right, he had an auto service shop over near Bauchman Lake, right? That's about a ten year old memory. Sorry for his family's loss.

    Wow shocking! He sat with Angie and I at one of the toy runs and we had a great time with him. His Lambo went to Austrailia. I have some great video of him and I racing around.

    Yes Dave, George and his brother owned Euro Automotive across NW Hwy from Bachman Lake.

    Wow !
    George was kind enough to let me ride along with him in the Countach for a Fall run.
    I was seriously looking at purchasing a Countach at the time.
    4 hours in George's car was the cure !
    PS he was quite the character.

    I'll see you in the big Fall run in the Sky.
