These some photo's from Roland's shop...
Roland: I am some what disturbed by the pictures of the German cars sharing space with the Italian cars. In case you forgot, the German cars belong at the lower shop. My agreement with you clearly states in Article 4, paragraph 3.1.5.b: "...No Panzer vehicle will be stored, serviced, or parked in the same covered space as my F40...." I trust that this situation arose merely as a publicity stunt by your marketing team and that the Panzer vehicles have been moved to their respective corners. Respectfully, Johnny.
Roland and Helen came up to our property on Sunday driving the Panzer. As nice as it is, it just dosent look right with Roland "jumping out" of it. John, work his nerves a bit, he has too much of that German thing coming into his life now. This can not be good for him. Dave
Allright, Boys, I have the situation under control and the Panzer went back down in the lower garage with the 2 P cars. Happy now ???? In Europe, the borders are gone but it seems that this not the case in Col. So I will make everybody happy and keep the separation. I have news for you of a new "tenant". A 95 456GT is coming to stay with us. Todd bought the car and need a place to keep her away from my cattles..Like this, the balance will change in favor of the F cars 5 to 3.... Have a nice day, I hope that you're happy now...hehehehe! Roland the landlord (devoted)
Arrived early this morning... So roland and I have only had time to wash the car! Did 1322 miles from san antonio to colorado.. The only problem that I had was I had to slow down and fill the car up with gas!!! Image Unavailable, Please Login
She is a Dandy and look real good all over. She can stay with the other Fcars and bring some class around the brutes !! Congratulation, we will get her out this Sunday to go the F.Brunch in Estes Park Roland F40LM
I have been trying to throw up a beachhead against the invasion.. but I need more folks to buy ferraris in the neighborhood...
I'm afraid that beside you Tom and myself, we are alone against the 4X4.. We are not doing to bad with 6 Fcars ...in a 1/2 square mile... Keep bying is what they say !!! Roland F40Lm
OK, I did move the Italian beauty to the upper shop to keep company to the 2 Stalions. I'm not responsible for what can happen during the night !!! Roland F40LM Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
All the "girlie men" wants to know about the long bib you are wearing. I do believe that the day I see Herr Helm's sporting one of those things is the time I check out of his shop and check in to therapy. That's real cute amici Roland.
Hello Frank, I had to wear the apron since I had nothing under !!! Only you will notice the Versace clothing in use in the shop ! Take care Roland F40LM
Maybe you and Helm's can do the "barrel" thing in Ferrari Red or maybe you prefer Bronco Orange. The barrel would also aid when you guys do pirouette's. I'm off to Mexico, be back in time for PPIR. Ciao
Frank, this is very funny, I'll ask Dave about that during the brunch this Sunday. have a fun trip Roland F40LM
Hey Roland, Is the brunch being thrown with piglet leftovers? Are you coming down to Boulder? Let me know, maybe I can stop by and say hello.
We will meet the club at Glen Haven , it's way closer from the ranch. John will come to the ranch and pick his F40 to run with me. Todd, will also join with his new 456 and his wife and mine will be in his 355 or reverse). Alan Wolfelt will join too with a 355 spider. The Fort got F cars !!!! Hope that you can join too before your trip because the pig is all gone and the brunch will be very nice. Take care Roland F40LM
Todd, Ive been following that 456 on ebay for a while and just LOVE it. Its the most beautiful and unique color combination I have ever seen on a 456. I just have a thing for unique colors --especially unique interiors too. No red/tan for me
I agree.. I really like the unique colors other than red/tan. At first I was not so sure of the blue interior, but once I saw it up close it really looks beautiful.. In fact my wife kept saying this is so much nicer than your 355. Oh well.. got the family ferrari and the race car for me.
Thanks Todd, you knew that my wife refuses to sit in the LM, now, that your 456 is here, that's what she wants to sit in for our Sunday run..I guess that you'll be in the 355, and the ladies in the 456 while I'll have to find a passenger for the LM. See you Sunday Roland F40LM
All of you that were worried about the German invasion (At Roland's Ranch) keep in mind that Roland is a fairly recent convert to Ferrari. The poor old guy had to drive German machines at Le Mans. And to hear him talk about he AMG sounded like he may have regressed a bit. Keep an eye on him.... Todd, Congratulations on your 456gt. Beautiful car and it's great that your trip back was easy. Interesting how the wives are attracted to the 456 instead of the LM or the 355. I miss being in Fort Collins, and fine tuning the LM, but flying is my game these days so I'm stuck in New Mexico until next summer. Take Care, Kenneth
