It could mean Vollauststattung (=full equipement) I try to translate it to you: extras: aircondition NR129 (please mention always), leather bi colour black-red, aircondition, Radio business Cassette, seat heating, sliding roof(??), the car is lowered, aluminium wheels, repaired front crash, sale only to dealers So it has a repaired accident.
