Seems the Ferrari was driving HIM! LOL Seemed to handle all the "others" OK, though...

 

California down to Sunbeam and down to Karman Ghia then up to Opel and up again to Alfa.

Pretty wild ride!

I've never seen the California segment before. I think the Sunbeam was the most memorable.

In that it was in black and white I'd guess it was the pilot.

Mel Brooks and Buck Henry... hard to find a creative talent team like that today in TV.

 

The 360 is only on screen for about 30-45 seconds, but it is driven by Smart.

For years I've been looking for someone to blame for the historically-lagging values of my Series II Cab, and now I've got someone: Maxwell Smart. I'd never seen the intro with the Ferrari and honestly always associated the car and character with the Sunbeam Alpine. But he has clearly besmirched the image and therefore the value of this model. Who do I see to file suit?
