    This is Speedster #82191, a retired racer (and 1963 SCCA Divisional E Production Class Champion...) It will be debuting, in restored glory, I hope, at the Porsche Race Car Classic in Carmel this October.

    I'll do a proper restoration thread when we're getting closer to completion. In the meantime... teaser photos of the body.

    The top pic is from July 2010. Bottom pic is April 2011. I'm not at all doing justice here to the amount of hammering, shaping, welding, leadwork and blocking that the guys have been doing.

    Probably a 1300-1500 hour project by the time we do a road test.
