Getting Ferrari Serviced in RI Massachusetts area

I don’t know if this is all Ferrari dealerships or Just Ferrari Of NE . I have never had such an issue getting a car serviced , ever . I have rear sensors that light up fine but not making the noise . I have been trying for 6 months now to get an actual appointment to get it checked and estimate to fix etc . They do not take appointments for diagnostic tests I am told . Crazy to me that I will pay like anyone else to have it checked but until I know what the hell is wrong and how long the car will be laid up how do I make a decision . They want me to just leave it there instead of waiting for the day , how long can this actually take to diagnose . No it is extremely inconvenient due to distance and arranging transportation back and forth for a diagnostic test . I think I am going back to the corvette , at least I can get service appointments . Is anyone familiar with a place in RI or Massachusetts that will actually make appointments to find out what’s wrong don’t care at this point if it’s a Ferrari dealer or not . Personally doesn’t bother me because they light up and the camera tells me all I need but want to sell this thing with these working . Thanks

Thank you I did call them about 6 months ago . Apparently he is retiring so they wernt taking any appointments . Just cleaning out what they had. Dam

 

I live in RI and your name constantly comes up as a reliable customer centric place to have work done on my Ferrari . The issue I have is distance . Certainly don’t mind waiting for my car all day on those jobs that may be suitable for a day type job like fluid changes or diagnostics . I have tried to work with Ferrari NE to get a diagnostic on my rear sensors lighting up but not making noise and it’s very difficult. They won’t set an appointment for diagnostic test , I have to get car their get ride home leave it and they will fit it in when they can which is just not customer centric at all . Do you take appointments for things like that I can wait for ? Thank you

 

This is great news for me . I have become so frustrated I listed the car for sale and I have no issues with the car , it’s great! I just laid up the car for the winter and took the liability off . I will absolutely be using you in the spring . If the diagnosis for sensors can be done while I wait I won’t have to inconvenience you folks with a ride back to Warwick RI which might be an hour or a little more albeit fine with me . If the repair would require you to have the car a couple days I also understand . I greatly appreciate your response to my problem which gives me comfort if I keep the car there is a very reliable and certainly customer focused facility such as yours to take care of my car .
