Finally found some time to get ready for next weekend's 300+ mile round trip. (http://www.focfloridaregion.com/ click on Ferraris and Exotics on St. Armans link.. my 400iA is on the right).

Fixed a very slight leak at the left rear shock accumulator. Put like Mercedes accumulators in a couple of thousand miles ago and one of the fittings I made needed to be snugged up just a bit. I had her in storage for a couple of months while work was going on in the garage and she was not happy about it! Just didn't run below 3K rpms. So Saturday we went out for an 'Italian Tune Up'. Did about 50 miles on a lightly traveled toll road and she's running perfectly now. I did have a bit of a problem with a several year old non-descript white Suburban that got on my tail while I was doing between 90 and 95. After a couple of miles I decided I didn't need him back there, changed lanes and backed off a bit and as he pulled alongside all these blue and red lights went off from behind his heavily tinted side windows! YIKES! I backed her down and he drove off. PHEW! That's only happened twice to me and both times I was in there Ferrari. The other I was doing about 120 on the Fla Turnpike returning from Cavallino 4-5 years ago. Maybe I should drive the Ferrari all the time!

That's because it's brand new. Tore down the old one and built a new one. Went from 2 car to 3 1/2.
