I don't know what the laws are for out of state tickets when getting a liscense. You may check with the ncdmv . I've seen your video so I'm sure you have plenty of tickets hahaha

Do you plan to get your NC license? I am not sure, but any previous tickets from other states don't come to NC with one possible exception. And that would be tickets that are 15 mph or more over the posted limits. However, your insurance company already has your driving record and are not going to let you get out of those high premiums just because you move. You will have to get your NC license and then change insurance company. If you have the propensity to drive a little fast, and your new base lends itself to that, you better find a good attorney. The one thing they are good at is keeping insurance premiums down. What's this about a video?

Be careful.....the law is notorious on the Outer Banks, unless you catch a enthusiast, they tend to have that Dukes of Hazard police mentality.

On the flip side, that area of the country rarely sees a car more exotic than a Cadillac. I grew up in the area and did all my automotive dreaming through the pages of Road & Track.

Let me know if you need any info on the area

I have around 120 copies left I hope they last until the next shipment everyone has loved it so far

Cheetah i've had a house there for 2 years and my family has been down there for 12 years, every summer I run me and my buddies down there and turn a bunch of heads, i know the cops can be tricky, every trip i get pulled over passing 5 or more cars at once :) .

I get over to the outer banks a couple of times a year. Next time I head that way I will let you know. I stay around Corolla Light, are you on the north or southern end?

I am glad there are some DVD's left. What do I have to do to get one?

Rob I only have 2 tickets in the last 5 years that would carry over, so I am not worried, its the future tickets I am worried about. I dont want to do a cross country rally on my NJ liscense. They would transfer points to my liscense if I were riding a speeding rickshaw in China.

and other rob this is the link to get the video

there is really no way to escape tickets these days, I live in nc but my licence is from Michigan, I am in the Us Marines every ticket I have recived down here (and there have been a few over the 8 years I have been down here) have been reported to MI.. The only thing that your doing youself a favor on is better insurance rates because I know Jersey, If you own a house in NC you can title licence and insure then for NC without a license I know my corvettes and my truck are licenced in NC but im still a resident of Michigan, I also didnt own a home at the time I had them licenced because I had just returned from japan and I still titled and liceced them down here

    just my .02
