Ok, you ghost fans anyone up for taking a Ghost Tour this Fall? If you haven't ever done one it's a fun way to get into the Fall/Halloween spirit. I'm checking to see if there is enough interest to pull one of these events off. Sorry you won't be cruising in your toys, but traveling via a luxury bus around some of Chicagoland's most famous haunts. Cost depending on day or night trip (definately want to take the night one) and length of trip - usually $25-$70/person. You board a luxury bus in a centrally located parking facility and then spend the next several hours being told various Chicagoland based ghost stories and visit their sites like Resurrection Mary cemetary or where John Dillinger was killed. Since the season is coming soon we would need to lock in soon before everything is booked up. If interest is high enough, we might be able to rent an entire bus. So please let me know if you are interested and for how many. This is open to ALL. I'm not sure if this would qualify for an FCA, FOC, or Lambo event but it's fun.
Ok first update: Richard Crowe has tours available. Parking (Free) for his tours are at Goose island, 1800 Cylburn. Cost is $49/person plus tax. They start at 7:00 pm and lasts till approx. 11:00 pm. Trips are booking up fast. He has openings for approx. 40-50 people at these dates, currently: Oct 5, Oct 12, Oct 20, Oct 27. He is willing to hold a number of seats under a group name, then have individuals call and pay for their own seats for the designated tour. This save time and money on trying to collect from everyone up front.
Be sure an bring night vision goggles, ectoplasmic containment chamber and tape recorders that can play backwards..
