    As we all know, fellow F chatter, and NYC playa, has his 355 red for sale for a while. He has been making threads about 997, gallardos, financing, cash purchase, leasing and so on.

    Well I have been following it from afar. Last night he made a post about going on a exotic car run today (bunch of EC guys are going), and he mentioned that his new whip has GPS. HE said he would post pics today, but haven't seen anything.

    Anyone want to guess what THE GHOST has bought as his new toy? Its gotta be sporty, and rather exotic, knowing Ghost. He had a thing for the 997 S for a while. Not sure if that is what he got. But it has GPS too. I doubt the GPS is aftermarket. Hmm...

    Hmm any guesses/pics/hints?

    I am dying to know.

    I guess you are the last to know - Vik sent me pics a few days ago... And I am in Ohio :)

    I am not telling - but I will say that the ride is outstanding. High performance - 0-60 times in the low 4's.

    What has GPS's now days:

    1.) 05 Gallardos
    2.) SL55's and SL65's
    3.) Maybach's (Alright it is not a Maybach)
    4.) Continential GT's
    5.) Mercedes E55's
    6.) BMW M5's


    HMMMMM WHAT COULD IT BE... Vik you better be posting some pics soon - the mob will be carrying pitchforks and torches soon...

    LOL - Ryan, you're too much. Sorry to create such a melodrama by not responding earlier. I was actually out all day - first Dream Cars 101 to support Ferrari0324 and then a number of evening engagements.

    Bought a Basalt Black / Black 996 C4S - always had a longing for one; never got around to picking one up. A couple of pics attached on our way down to Dream Cars 101. The first pic is with the new Turbo Cab from GothamDreamCars. Should keep me satisfied for the next few months. - ;)

    congrats on the car. Looks like this will hold you over till you get your real car in the next few months. 996s are fun cars. Have had mine for a while. Then again, I am sure you are aware of the problems I have run into with mine.

    Ryan,

    I was hoping Vik would play with you - for - I don't know - about a week or so. :) :) :)

    I did a great job misleading you away from Porsche - only to have Vik spill the beans without even a little tomfollery!

    The Porsche does look great Vik.... But we need to work on dragging it out a little to ensure we torment Ryan ;)

    Rich thanks for the kindness :p THe P car looks good. But I don't see Vik as a P car guy. To me he fits the "conservative by day, wild thing by night" guy. So I see him in a G/Murcie in the "few months" he predicted. The P car is too pedestrian for THE GHOST. It fits commoners like me, but not THE GHOST :D
