I know this topic was mentioned in the past so i thought I would post this. Yes I m a believer in ghosts and am very intigued with the whole after life thing. I was given the opertunity in july to do a 6 hr tour in the Eastern PA state pen along with 4 other people and a guide. The guide is coming with all the gadgets you see on the ghost hunters show. We'll be there, locked in from 9 pm to 3 am. Looking forward to this big time !! Ive watched the show ghost hunters many many times and some things on the show I question. The show did two episodes in this place already with some pretty cool findings. I hope same happens during my guide. Keep ya's posted.
I have good pic of a ghost from a friend. It was taken at a local haunted hotel. I have been on the ghost tour at that same hotel and I have some strange pics but he (my friend) really got a good one, he took over two hundred pics and got a few that were very interesting.
You can see a person with that white line, look down you will see the legs. The person in the background is real, it is a ghost tour.
Are you talking about the Eastern State Penitentiary, on Fairmount Ave. in Philly? That place is awesome. I recently did a daytime tour.
What are DRG's? I saw an old lady knitting many years ago in my brothers bedroom, for what felt like forever. People really only believe in ghosts if they have seen them.
Not real. I'd like to see one photo of a ghost or a UFO or whatever that is normal - not necessarily made by a pro photographer with astounding detail, but just the average photo you get when you raise your camera and push the button. Why does every photo allegedly showing ghosts or whatever have to look as if it was intentionally made to be extremly unsharp and wiggly? I mean, with todays cameras, there is no excuse for such photos beside making them intentionally, which suits the theory of the ghost/UFO/whatever being fake very well
It could be possible that just by the ghost's presence normal photography equipment goes a little wacky. Ghost's normally put out a sort of electrical energy, making lots of things like lamps and overhead lights malfunction.
anyone here actually had an encounter? would be nice to hear their stories. I had to do National Service in Singapore, and my army camp was haunted. Some dude actually commited suicide. In our bunk.. I was bed 1 and bed 2 was where the dude used to sleep, My buddy in bed 2 was always complaing that he had been having bad dreams, and one day.. he woke up shouting and sweating. and told us.. that he had been strangled.. and he could not move his body,.. but his eyes was open.. and he was concious, well. this also happened to me. When we asked our platoon sergeant. he told us not to bother.. and he said.. that we should just move our beds to another corner.. well. . thats one encounter I had... other is at Changi Beach. Its in Singapore, some of you dudes might know Michael Fay,.. who was american and was in the news abt 10 years ago. Anyway.. a group of us went there to play ouija board. Wwe drew it in the sand.. as it was dark.. we used a torch light to shine on the sand.. and left it on the sand. Before we could even play, the torch went out. We put in new batteries and it lighted again. and when we put it back on the ground.. it went dead again. We took the battery out.. and tried. .but it did not work. We left it on the sand, and we continued , using just the moonlight. The torch light, which was switched off.. suddenly lighted up. We decided.. it was a sign.. to leave and we left. Changi Beach is where the Japanese used to shoot POW's.. if I am not wrong. Well.. i know its not that exciting. but when you are like 18 yrs old.. and being there.. it was freaky.
I dont know what would be scarier, seeing a ghost or seeing a presence i.e. sign like yours As above i saw an old woman, transparent and I was petrified.....frozen solid for about 45 minutes, just watching her knitting, absolutely bizarre and very scary at the time. I think i would have handled the situation differently now i'm a bit older.
Where did this happen Mathew? well.. now.. with all the phones with camera with video function.. it would be good to actually capture it on video.. so most ppl. would not think we are MAD!!!
