    Yeah id have to agree. The LM needed its own area!!

    I was waiting to have a few words with you as the guy that was sitting in front of the car minding it said you would be over in a few minutes. Have a little chat. But heck, the F1's started up again so i had to go!!!

    Maybe next time....

    i'd be happy to talk to you anytime about the LM or any other Ferrari.
    Last year, we had both the f40's in the Tatersalls tent. Side by side.
    That was a sight that no mclaren could match.

    No worries Gil.

    I actually was down there with a few racing driver mates in the pits. I tried to get into the F1 pits but to no avail. I probably could of got in if i tried on the Thurs.

    Damien "Ice man" White, Barton Mawer and Denis Cribbin are all good mates of mine. It was nice catching up with them.

    Especially Barton who is going really good in the British F3 series....

    how many Ferrari's does he have?
    no.........he does great for a guy with one arm.

    NO mclaren ever looked that good. That is awesome. I can't believe I own those 2 cars. The only thing maybe better than that would be to put a F1 car between the 2 F40's.....................stay tuned on that one. I'm working on it.

    HAHAHAHA whatever happened to the drummers being the poor relations in R&R, I thought you guys only got the leftovers :D

    I'll take those leftovers anyday...nice to see you on here Gil , I was looking forward to meeting you and the LM at Adelaide for the FNR as I was told you were going.

    You probably don't have to were earplugs in the car even at full tilt after "surviving the 60s and 70s :D

    I'm sure I saw you guys at Cloudland in Brisbane but I was "under the weather" so it could have been another LOUD band :D

    I'm sure you guys were banned from lots of venues due to the noise ??

    Geez! Being young's no excuse for plain ignorance! They are one of the greatest ever Aussie rockers! Biggest in the 70's but still will shake the paint off your car if you're lucky! I didn't know this bit of goss (Gil being a member of the band) so he's obviously a REAL COOL dude if that's his bio AND he has F40LM and 512BB!

    And he hosted a Ferrari club christmas banquet for about 100 people..... In his garage.....!!

    But he did have to move some cars out for that, so it's not really THAT flash a garage....NOT!! The water feature is particularly nice.....

    Hi Gil, it was great to meet you and see your F40 at PI last week. shame about your gearbox troubles. Is it on it's way to being sorted out yet?

    Wow playing wth Billy Thorpe must've been a blast! I'm looking forward to seeing him play in June in support of Alice Cooper. I don't suppose you'll be in the band and can get me a back stage pass? :)

    Ok cool and yep what a relief all done,it could do with a gearbox mount but I’ll do it in a few weeks apart from that fantastic
