LOL, "my dad..."! Ouch! Ha-ha. Theory was one less variable in processing to affect true color capture. Apparently the film of choice for magazines. In any case, I found a few pics of Gilles on track, his car, "his" Mondial, Pironi's car and another pic of Gilles and Jacques with order reversed. If I recall well, they were only out together for a couple of laps. Just need to figure out how to scan. The shot I missed was when Gilles (gently) nudged his way by me as I was standing at the door of the Ferrari garage post-race. Totally unexpected, so unprepared.
No worries. Bear in mind, my dad passed on 3 years ago at the glorious age of 94. So yes, he is of another generation of photographers. I look forward to seeing those pics of yours.
