Very rare GP item because these were not sold to the general public.

The clock has GP logo stamped in the back in two places and and Ferrari/GP in two places and a unique serial number, looks like an authentic sales aid piece for store display.

Marked "Not for Resale." Not a retail item. This clock was supplied to dealers by GP to hang on the wall of the store.

This is not a "fancy internals" clock, from what I can tell, and I am no expert. I think it is a nice, but basic battery operated wall clock mechanism.

What makes it very, very special is not the internals, but that it is a GP/Ferrari "dealer only" item. It was not sold to the public and thus is rare and desirable as a collectors piece.

The genuine GP and Ferrari logos, serial number and such add to the providence of the piece too.
