    Yeah, I'm gonna drag this topic out once again, even though it was discussed recently on another thread. The reason I'm bringing it back from the dead again is I was lunching with a fellow 348'er the other day and he was having the same problem. I fixed mine 2 years ago with a piece of 1/4 and 5/16" tubing and a strong spring stuffed inside. Crude, but effective. I made one for him and I thought I'd share some pictures. I cover it in heat shrink so it will stay black. Mine has been functioning great, so give if a shot if you're tired of replacing the gas charged one. If you're really lazy, PM me and I'll make you one for $20.
