Another question from a new owner I did a search and couldnt find an answer. How did you organize your glovebox/what do you store in it? It seems the leather binder with the manuals doesnt fit in there (I fit the owners manual in the front compartment with in its space with the toolkit) thanks again, jeff
I actually don't keep anything in the glove box except my registration document. As for the owners manual and the leather pouch safely stored at home with all the other booklets and manuals that came with the car. I downloaded the digital owners manual on my iPhone in case I need to refer to anything.

I have a Ferrari flashlight But it doesn't seem to fit in there either Maybe I'll try some gloves in there
My 458 came with one. Barely fits. The iPOD connection takes up the rest of the room in the glove box, so I don't even have room for gloves.
USB cables for my Samsung and for new IPhone, pen or two, sunglasses of wife ... Ipod and usb connector tucked away above DVD drive ...
Odd that you got s flashlight. I just confirmed with my dealer that flashlights are not included with the 488. I also see no mention of it in the owners manual. Looks like you just got a nice treat. Would still love to see a photo of it.
I know many 458 owners that bought new and did not get a flashlight. And these cars did not have a place to keep them like the 430 did...t was mounted on leather straps in the glove box. I'm wondering if Ferrari just had extra from the 430 era and just threw them in on some of the earlier 458's. Mine is a 2011 that I bought with 1400 miles on it and it included everything as new and there was no flashlight. My glove box contains my DMV docs, iPod and a pair of sunglasses. That's about all that will fit in there.
I have the flashlight also in my 2011 458. The 488 does not need a flashlight because of the turbos......
