What material is the bodywork of GMP's Ferrari P4 made of? I dropped the nose piece and was surprised when two pieces broke off. I thought this was metal, but I don't think a metal part would have broken like that.

And, what kind of adhesive can I use to glue the broken pieces back on with?

That model is notorious for having the nose piece come loose at any time; a design error. I was able to get GMP to send me a replaecment, but was many years ago, I've since sold it . If I remember correctly the nose section is Zamac metal; you might need an expo to reattach the broken pieces, but I'm sure it will not look pretty when done. Sorry that happened to you.

Will Gorilla Super Glue work on it?

Are we talking about clean breaks between separate parts or a section of one part breaking off? If separate parts then tiny amounts of almost any cyano-acrylate (super glue) should work but don't let any excess get on the paint - even heavy fumes can fog the paint. If it's a break like a piece cracking into several pieces then repairs are going to be difficult and ugly.

It was two clean breaks of sections of a part breaking off. I think the super glue should work, with care.

use ZAP model glue - you can get it at Hobby town USA. apply with a tooth pick. First tape the parts together leaving space for the glue on a majority of the part. apply the glue with a tooth pick ... let dry - retape the glued section and glue the other parts. Use model masking tape on the painted side so the glue does not bleed through. You can buy the kind that is "gap filling" its thicker and you can spread it into the break line.
