    Since life is all about giving, the following is an Alfredo sauce recipe that is cheap, fast and EXTREMELY good that I'll give here. It's better than sex! Whip it up for family or company sometime soon and tell me what you think!

    You will need (Serves four people):

    1 pint of Heavy Whipping Cream
    Fresh Garlic, 1/4 cup (More if you have no friends)
    Small tub of your favorite fresh grated cheese (1+ cup). I like good 'ol parmesan
    Butter, 1/3 of a stick
    2-3 Oz's Prosciutto, cut into small pieces, 1/4 x 3/4 of an inch
    Medium size shrimp (if you like seafood)


    Put the butter and garlic in small pot. Melt the butter and constantly stir for 4-5 minutes at medium heat.
    While stirring with a whisk, pour in the cream and bring to boil.
    Reduce the heat ASAP and slowly whisk in the cheese (You will be stirring for another five minutes)
    Put the Prosciutto (and shrimp if you like) and stir for another minute.

    Pour the sauce over your favorite pasta (I like angle hair with fresh sliced tomato's) and sprinkle parsley and serve.

    I'll guarantee that the above is the BEST Alfredo sauce you will EVER eat :)
