I am going to see Michael win the championship. One problem, the ticket buying site is terrible. I need help, especially from those who have been to the race before.

    Qs:

    1) Which seats are best overall?
    2) Which are the best for the value?
    3) Which has the best view and highest grandstands? (I'm assuming that sitting higher up has better views)
    4) Is there ANYWHERE else to buy tickets (for less, not via GP Tours)? I can't even choose seats when I checkout, it's just for the

According to the ticket buying webpage, http://www.gpbrasil.com/?lang=EN&page=tickets, seats can be purchased for these sections:
    a, b (sold out), d, e, f, g, m

All I can understand is that section B sold out already.

But these sections don't all mesh with the map from their own site, www.gpbrazil.com ! According to the picture, these are the sections:
    A, B, C, D, F, G, L, M

Why are C and L on the map, but not available for purchase? I think I'd like to sit in L.

Thanks in advance for all opinions and info!

*FYI* - If you have a US passport, you will need a Visa to get into Brazil! I found this out and was shocked, but it is required. Apply for it now if you plan to go to the GP!

Well i have been once as i live in Brazil, i went to sector G (the cheapest one), it was cool, i could see Barichello and i dun remember the other guy, crashing in front of me at high speed, also show schumi spining, it has a great overall view of the circuit and the best place to see crashes but cant see the beggining neither the end, and tere is no sun block, so if it is a sunny day be hell damn prepared lol, you who live in the U will find it really bad since its the cheapest one.

Your other choice is sector A, in front of the straight, you can see the beggining and the end and most of the other parts of the circuit.

Forget sector F, too expensive and you cant see anything good

in sector M you will be right in fornt of the line, but you cant see other parts of the circuit and its twice of the price of sector A.

srry for my english and i hope i could help

    Hi.
I live in Brazil and I went to the Brazilian GP in the last 4 years (since 2002).
Sector G (the cheapest) has the best overall view of the circuit (you just don´t see the main straight and pit area). See them braking hard at the end of "Reta Oposta" is great and good battles there in the first laps of the race are guaranteed.
    However, there are some problems:
    1) Since it is the cheapest, people are too much annoying, get totaly drunk, mess with you, your wife and your mother, throw wet paper on you, etc. This may sound not disturbing, but believe me, after friday, saturday and sunday, it is. Drink a beer, smile and relax. Focus on Felipe Massa winning:)
    2) People from sector G sleep outside the circuit from saturday to sunday to get the best places (higher ones). So you must really wake up early to get reasonable places.
3)Sector G isn´t covered, and in 2003 and 2004 I got loads of rain on my head. It was tough. Not the end of the world, but...
One may argue: "if you want comfort, stay home and see the race on TV"...
4)Sector G has the worst access. Really messy, not organized.

Sector M (the other one I went): you only see the main straight and the Senna´s S, depending where you stay. It´s covered and you see the pit area. There is a big screen (Sector G doesn´t have a screen). People are more civilized. But there are too much metallic structure supporting the cover, which affects your sight.

That´s it. I´ll put up more info and pics later.

So there are NO assigned seats? You only get access to the section and everyone for themselves to find the best seat?

Is this true for all sections, or just G?

    Any other opinions appreciated.

No assigned seats for sector G neither for sector M.
And I´m pretty sure that for the sectors cheaper than M there are no assigned seats...
