Going to Maranello - Looking for motorsport related activities

My wife and I are going to be in the Milan are on April 27-30. We are looking to do as much as we can while we are there and one of the stops will be in Maranello for the day. If any of you have advice on the following or know a good travel agency familiar with the area we would very much appreciate it:

1) Car Museums, attractions, etc in Maranello and are they open on the weekends, etc.

2) Hotels in Maranello - Looking for a decent mid range place

3) We want to go see the Last Supper painting in Milan but when I call the number that we have its all in italian and I cannot get thru. I understand this books up quickly and we want to try and get in to see it. Does anyone know the best way to reach there to get a slot

4) Hotels in Milan - Looking for a decent mid range place

5) Any advice on the designer outlet stores in Milan? I assume they are open on the weekend as well but is this true

6) DaVinci Science Museum in Milan - Same as the last supper painting - Whats the best way to reserve tickets / etc

Basically we are clueless on the area but want to do all we can while there. I know many of you have been over there. Any advice you have or contact, etc is greatly appreciated. We understand most things are closed on Monday btu are there restrictions on the activities we listed above on the weekends (Fri-Sun) as that is when we need to pack all of this in. Thanks again!!
