Going to Nurburgring / Nordschleife?

    I'm thinking of going to try the Nordschleife tomorrow or the next day but I'm not sure if it's open.... Can someone who speaks German or is familiar help me figure out if it's open? It looks like it's not open until the 14th of March? Guess I will try calling tomorrow if nothing else.

    The area sourrunding the Nürburgring is pretty scenic to drive. I do not know, where you are at the moment, but Koblenz, Bonn or even Cologne are pretty nice citiy to visit. (with Cologne beeing the furthest away from the Ring.)
