I have heard that there will be a dozen or so detail guys at the hotel on Friday night to clean up the cars after the track event so they will look good for the concours on Saturday morning. Is this true ?

Absolutely. We have a crew of detailers that work hard throughout the night washing the cars (while we sleep). You'll be able to place your "order" with them Thursday and Friday PM, and they'll have everything taken care of for us.

Well that will be a blessing. After being at the track all day Friday and then having to get ready for the Celebrity Chef Dinner Soireer that evening, I was wondering if I was going to have to stay up all night to clean up my old Fiat for the concours by 8am on Saturday. I think I'm going like the FFQC!

    Hey Richard!

The "someone" who started this thread is Zupra! Good work, Zup!

He's trying to make sure he doesn't miss the convoy, you'll note his Mom can do 110MPH in the car....;)...he's coming, out of Athens, GA........She's Austrian, probably has Autobahn experience.......

So don't forget the little guy, OK??????

Tell those guys to leave the handprints on the Art Car alone.........LOL!

I have said this numerous times in the FQC threads, but once more wont hurt!

If anyone feels like hitting the golf course we can go play at English Turn. It is only 15 minutes from downtown and has hosted over a dozen tour events!

PM me if you want me to grab us a tee time!!!

    Bubba,

I have spoken with Zupra about it a few times. If he wants to drive down with us he is more than welcome, and as soon as we set a location for the meeting I'll call to make sure everyone knows where to be and when to be there.

Are you still coming to the event?
