Going to Vegas 7/6-7/9 Need some advice and a favor

A bunch of friends and I are headed to Vegas for a friend's(Jon) birthday. This will be his first trip out west so we are trying to make it a great one. Hotel is taken care of, staying at the Wynn. The issue is we need a great place to take him for birthday dinner on Saturday night. Any ideas? The only restriction is it can't be Asian or Mexican. Bday boy isn't a fan of those groups. Also we aren't ballers so the place can't be lets say over 30-40 a plate if possible.

Next, any good free shows or shows that cost under 60 bucks that we definitely should see? I found a vegas site that list every show but that's just overwhelming. We only have 3 real days there so I can't waste them on bad shows.

Next to last, any Fchatters going to be free to meet for lunch or a drink or anything during that weekend?(I don't actually drink but I love being socialable ) Would be great to meet some more of you(Last time i was in vegas was for the first Rampage).

Lastly, and this is the big one, would there be anybody willing to give bday boy a 3-5 min ride in a F-Car? Only him as far as I'm concerned, the most exotic car he's been in so far has been a C5 vette. Darth, Vincent, and Art gve me my exotic experience during the Rampage(and I love you guys for it!) so I'm taken care of(and the other friends dont matter ). Just want my bday friend to have that experience once. I'll even buy you lunch or drinks. Anyhow, hope to hear back about the shows and food at least!
