    Art and I think it would be fun to have a Saturday drive in 3-4 weeks through the Gold Country. My thinking is that we start in Placerville and buzz to Sutter Creek, Jackson, Angels Camp and finish at Melodie's restaurant in Sonora for killer dinner! There is a private room we can dine in if we get 20+ people.....Thoughts on a date?

    Oh Man! That would be awesome! I might be driving a 550 back with my dad, which would be awesome as well. But if I'm around I'm not going to miss it.

    I sent Art an email to see if this date was good for him. I trust it would be good for all, Melodie has that day off and will actually join!!!

    If we end up at Melodie's in Sonora for dinner, there is a bank that I could get premission to park at next door and get car security for a couple of hours while we eat. I would guess we could get there at about 6:00PM for dinner.

    To Peters, the Stockton Group is flexible. Finalize the date and time with the rest of F-Chatters. We'll be there. Some told me Sunday is a better date for them though. Let do it sometime @ the 3rd or 4th week of Oct like Art said , because I'm planning to do another Sunday Drive and Brunch sometime later in Sept. Info will post soon after details finalize. Is that OK with you? Henry

    PS. If you still want Oct.2 date than I will srcub the Sept. drive than- too close together

    I think that dinner at 6:00 would be the best so people will not get home too late. For a local hotel on Saturday, I would suggest the Best Western in Sonora (209) 533-4400. Food: Melodie's or The Eproson House in Twain Harte. Cars can be parked at my house. I have a long driveway that is out of sight of the street traffic (which is almost non-existant).

    HHHEEEYYY. With all these Ferraris in one place, one of them is bound to have problems, so I reccomend you take a mechanic too, just in case. hint hint.
