An old edition of FAF "Ferrari Tips and Techniques", mentions a parts source:

Don Wasserman - 1127 Irving Street - San Francisco

This must have been a Ferrari shop in the 50's when they raced in the park.

Anybody have any photos of this place back in the day, or Golden Gate Park racing in general?

    Welcome to Ferrari Chat, Vince.

I have the race reports from Golden Gate Park for 1952, 1953, and 1954 from the old issues of Road & Track. These have many pictures and a map of the circuit.

I'd have to check to see if Don Wasserman places ads in these magazines.

Don Wasserman was, as was I, just an enthusiast, not a dealer nor a parts merchant. He may have had a few parts from time to time, but I don't think he ever had a business location as such.

    Thanks for the welcome -

1127 Irving Street is a few blocks from the park - looks like it could have been a garage at one time - I can picture cars driving to and from the races...

There is another garage in the neighborhood with an ancient 50's Ferrari mural on the wall...
